We will attend to all emergency calls being guided by our customers concerns as to what constitutes an emergency. This can be as diverse as preventing the threat of falling branches right through to clearing and making safe an area devastated by a sudden whole tree fall.
Where necessary and if required we will coordinate the attendance of other emergency services on site from transco to police and fire services.
Firstly we will respond to the emergency site in accordance with our agreed response time. We will then provide an initial assessment as to the extent of works required including an assessment of cost. Following this agreed plan of work we will set about ensuring that the area is made safe with any further damage removed. If practical and necessary the full clean up operation will be carried out at this time or otherwise we will return the following day to complete works, leaving the area clear for any further remedial works which may be necessary.
